For the Saturday ride we headed over to Mickleham & after perfect conditions yesterday where the trails were frosty but grippy. Today was warmer & slippy! Spent a bit of time practicing some jumps to get warmed up & build up the confidence. Then we all proceeded to slide down the hill, well all apart from Dan who filmed the video & consequently we don't get to see his masterclass! Surpisingly, a reasonable number of riders tuned up for the Sunday ride, even though the weather wasn't at it's best! We hit Leith Hill, taking in 'Touch Sensitive', 'Wild wood,' then down to Friday Street & 'Soul mining'. Climbed up Holmbury hill & did the all weather 'Parklife' followed by 'Telegraph Road' then stopping off for cheesy chips & tea at the excellent Royal Oak pub.
